Right of Withdrawal and Order Cancellation

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, private consumers have a statutory period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Returned products must be:

  • new;

  • complete;

  • unused;

  • in their original packaging;

  • in perfect condition for resale.

Any product returned incomplete, damaged, modified, used, or deteriorated due to improper handling shall not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, TIMED S.A.S will issue the corresponding refund within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days, in accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

TIMED S.A.S reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the returned products have been received or until the customer provides proof of shipment.

Technical Products and Liability

The watchmaking spare parts and technical supplies sold by TIMED S.A.S are specialized technical products intended for qualified or experienced users.

The customer remains solely responsible for:

  • ensuring part compatibility;

  • checking dimensions and calibres;

  • identifying the correct movement;

TIMED S.A.S shall not be held liable for:

  • selection of an unsuitable part;

  • incompatibility issues;

  • installation errors;

  • breakage;

  • loss of water resistance;

  • oxidation;

  • damage to the movement;

  • or any other damage resulting from improper handling or inappropriate use.
