Return and Refund Policy

Introduction

TIMED S.A.S specializes in the sale of watchmaking spare parts, technical components, watch crystals, movements, dials, hands, crowns, gaskets, accessories, and supplies intended for the watchmaking industry.

A significant portion of the products offered are technical products that require prior verification of their compatibility with the relevant watch, movement, or application.

The Customer remains solely responsible for verifying:

• part references;

• dimensions;

• diameters;

• thicknesses;

• calibres;

• compatibility;

• technical specifications.

TIMED S.A.S shall not be held liable for:

• incorrect diagnosis;

• selection of an unsuitable part;

• incompatibility issues;

• incorrect movement identification;

• installation errors;

• misinterpretation of technical references.

Any work performed on a watch or movement requires appropriate technical skills and expertise.

TIMED S.A.S disclaims all liability for:

• breakage;

• damage;

• loss of water resistance;

• scratches;

• oxidation;

• improper installation;

• movement damage;

• or any other consequence resulting from improper handling or misuse.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any reason.

The Customer must notify TIMED S.A.S of their decision to withdraw before the expiration of this period by contacting:

Products must be returned within fourteen (14) days following notification of withdrawal.

General Return Conditions

Any return requires prior authorization from Customer Service.

Returned products must be:

• complete;

• in their original condition;

• uninstalled;

• unaltered;

• unmodified;

• accompanied by any accessories supplied;

• returned with their original packaging where applicable.

In accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer is liable for any depreciation resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.

Direct return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise required by law or where the error is attributable to TIMED S.A.S.

Technical Products and Fragile Components

Watch crystals, movements, dials, hands, crowns, gaskets, precision components, and watchmaking spare parts are technical and fragile products.

The Customer must verify references, dimensions, and compatibility before any handling or installation attempt.

Any product showing:

• signs of installation;

• scratches;

• tool marks;

• deformation;

• signs of use;

• oxidation;

• deterioration;

• damaged protective packaging;

• or any condition preventing resale as new,

may be subject to:

• refusal of reimbursement;

• a reduction in the refund amount;

• or a partial refund in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

Watch crystals must be carefully inspected prior to installation.

No return will be accepted for any watch crystal showing evidence of installation, testing, scratching, compression, breakage, or excessive handling.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

• products manufactured according to the Customer's specifications;

• personalized products;

• made-to-order products;

• products modified, machined, or adjusted at the Customer's request;

• unsealed products where a statutory exception applies;

• products rendered unsuitable for resale due to handling or deterioration.

Special orders, supplier-specific orders, custom-made products, and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of non-conformity or hidden defects.

Product Received Damaged

Any product received damaged, broken, or incomplete must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Any claim must include:

• photographs of the package;

• photographs of the product;

• the order number;

• a detailed description of the issue identified.

The product concerned must not be installed, used, or modified before the claim has been reviewed.

Refund Procedure

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, TIMED S.A.S will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless expressly agreed otherwise by the Customer.

In accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code, reimbursement will be made no later than fourteen (14) days following receipt of the withdrawal request.

TIMED S.A.S may withhold reimbursement until:

• the returned products have been received; or

• proof of shipment has been provided by the Customer.

The applicable date shall be the earlier of these two events.

Initial standard delivery charges will be refunded in accordance with applicable regulations.

Additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered will not be reimbursed.

Statutory Warranties

Products sold benefit from:

• the statutory warranty of conformity provided by Articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code;

• the warranty against hidden defects provided by Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code.

These statutory warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover, in particular:

• normal wear and tear;

• installation errors;

• handling errors;

• scratches;

• impacts or shocks;

• oxidation;

• water ingress;

• loss of water resistance;

• unauthorized repairs or modifications;

• damage caused by unsuitable tools;

• any use inconsistent with the intended purpose of the product.

TIMED S.A.S reserves the right to carry out any inspection or expert assessment necessary before approving a warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, TIMED S.A.S's liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant order.

TIMED S.A.S shall not be liable for:

• watchmaker service fees;

• disassembly or reassembly costs;

• loss of business;

• loss of revenue;

• indirect damages;

• consequential damages;

• or intangible losses resulting from the use of the products sold.
