Notes before installation
Tip 1: Test before installation
During testing, do not remove any protective film or label. Please be careful of static electricity.
Before attempting any repairs, be sure to ground the device with an ESD (electrostatic discharge) strap. This will prevent static electricity from damaging the electronic components of the device.
Make sure you wear eye protection and be careful not to cut your finger on any shards of glass.
Tip 2: Simulate the tests
The screen replacement is a very fragile product. We strongly suggest testing it before installation. Please simulate the tests, which means disconnecting the device, connecting the audio cable (motherboard + LCD or screen) and the new replacement screen, powering it on, and completing the test. If the test is successful, please install it. If it fails, please contact us immediately. And please do not force it into the device. We will not be responsible once the screen is installed.
Tip 3: Don't bend the cable too much
Please ensure that the LCD cable is not bent excessively. A bend of more than 90 degrees will result in a black display.
