The 29.50 mm diameter corresponds to the machined lower shoulder, also called the step. This part fits into the gasket and the case opening.

The 2.00 mm thickness corresponds to the height of the crystal alone, without the gasket.

The supplied gasket has a height of 2.50 mm. The gasket height is important because several Rolex watches may use a 25-295 diameter crystal while requiring a gasket of a different height.

Replacement flat sapphire crystal with machined lower shoulder, intended for the Rolex Explorer I 114270 and the Rolex Cosmograph Daytona 116520.

This crystal without a magnifier has an outer diameter of 30.40 mm, a lower shoulder of 29.50 mm, and a thickness of 2.00 mm. It comes with a crystal gasket with a height of 2.50 mm.

Replacement should be carried out with appropriate tools. After mounting, the crystal's position must be checked, and a water resistance test must be performed.
